Yoga retreats for solo travellers
Yoga is the most common reason people book their first retreat alone, and the most common thing sold badly. The questions that matter are boring ones: how many mats fit in the shala, who is actually teaching, and whether the timetable leaves you any unscheduled hours. All three of our yoga-led routes cap groups at twelve.

Questions people ask
Do I need to be flexible or experienced?
No. Most guests on our yoga routes are returning to practice rather than deep in it. What matters is a teacher who offers real options, which is why we cap groups: nobody can adjust twenty people.
Is the schedule compulsory?
Never. On every Sola route the practice is offered, not enforced, and the afternoons are genuinely yours. A retreat that fines or shames you for skipping is not restful.
Which country is best for a yoga retreat alone?
Bali for depth of choice and healing traditions, Thailand for value and quiet, Greece for beauty and shorter travel from Europe. Our quiz matches you in about a minute.
